I had the joy of being able to work in an outsourcing call center job and it was a very interesting experience because I did not have prior experience of a job wherein I had to talk a lot. I was able to experience firsthand becoming a call center agent and it was a good kind of experience. The reason why I was so interested to be in the industry was because I had a very negative bias against agents, and I viewed them as people of vices and really irresponsible. I knew that I was fairly wrong about them and so I had to find out for myself and I couldn’t take away my idea unless I experience it myself. I had to see for myself that is why I decided to really become an agent myself. I applied and had to go through series of tests and interviews which I enjoyed doing because it was a big challenge to go through them. I went to a few sites in the internet and I was so happy to see that the BPO industry in Peru particularly, is growing rapidly. The peru call center is a good venue to hone and improve talented individuals in their pursuit to give the best kind of work. I would want to be able to share with you the things that happened during my stay in the industry, but let me just say that I enjoyed my job there; and it would be a top of the mountain experience if I had gone to Peru and worked there. I had to resign because I contracted pharyngitis and I had to stay away to protect my throat so I immediately resigned which was a bed move on my part; but the experience was so great that I kind of miss it now.
I always play a lot of games at home may it be adventure, ball games, action, war games or any other game that I would enjoy to play with my friends of course. During weekends, it is our bonding time with me and my friends because we do not see each other very often and we just play video games in the malls. The games that we often play were mostly made from flash programming and I can still remember when I was still learning how to do flash programming, we also tried doing some flash games and it was fun. I was really impressed when I heard about the flash cs5.5 which I think is the latest release and there were new functions and additional capabilities making everything a great package for the developers. Flash is also being used in some cool websites because it provides nice effects and look on your site with all those lovely animations that you could make out of it. It is really nice if you will be able to earn extra money or income for yourself from all the flash games that you have made together with your friends or just by yourself. I have been practicing myself to become more familiar with flash since it is one of my favorite applications to use especially that I love doing flash games. I have always been thinking of becoming a flash programmer and create a different kind of flash game that will surely be a hit in the market.
The world of economy is very much complicated with all the trends existing in each sector of the economy and with all the money and countries, organizations involved in it with the stock market changing gradually from time to time which also means that there is much money gained in this world and it is not a lie that without economy, all other things will not exist because it is economy that sustains the survival not just of a country but its people as well. There are those who have been bankrupt While there are other companies who have strive hard to be at the top of the economy,because of the harsh waves of exchange rates in the stock market which is really an inevitable reality and san diego bankruptcy is a common scenario in the world of economy because if one is not able to maintain his or her business well in the sector it belongs to, for sure the company will fall under tragic remedies which is bankruptcy. This is the reason why there are a lot of companies who hire experienced workers in this field to give them guidance on how the business should be run and how to go with the flow of the stock exchange in the stock market and those people who have a lot of strategies on how to go along the flow would most likely succeed in the world of economy and will be able to grab their place in the sector that they belong in to. If one wants to secure a good place in the world of economy, a good decision is to find guidance advisers who can guide the company on how it will flow with the stock exchange so that the stocks of the company will not be eaten by the economy it self and in turn gain more from the economy rather than losing money out of your investment.

Two weeks from now, I will be visiting my brother in Lake Wood I have promised him that I will be spending Thanksgiving with his family amidst the busy schedule that I have. Since it has become a tradition between us siblings to exchange gifts as early as Thanksgiving, I have been thinking of a gift to give my 4 year old nephew and new born niece, so I bought them toys suitable for their age. When I was in a lunch break at the office I came across an article that discusses about the comfort and the benefits a new born can get sleeping in a natural wool sleeper, offered by bowron sheepskin rugs the best lambskins from New Zealand. I am so elated with everything that has been going on with my flower shop, but it is my boyfriend who did it all, we actually opened just a couple of months back but sales went sky rocketing right away. He got a call center outsourcing firm to do the promotions and marketing most especially the taking of orders, it really did wonders for us. I only have one assistant, you would not believe me if I tell you that, a delivery guy and myself is running the whole store, walk in customers also come in but it is few and far in between. They coordinate with us through a secure program that updates automatically every time an order is posted, it is simple, effective and very efficient, I cannot imagine having to manage a lot of people crowding my store with order slips and all. And you know how it is in a flower shop, it is hard to maintain it spotless with all the cutting and pruning of flowers and leaves. Contrary to peoples beliefs, our contract with the outsourcing firm costs much less than hiring employees, in addition to the equipments that come along and a viable place to position them inside the store. This is our sixth month and we are now considering on starting another shop in the city, expanding is not cheap or too costly for us since our marketing arm does not need to transfer nor do we need to pay extra. With all the good graces we had in working together with a call center firm I believe more businesses will join the bandwagon.
It has been said that if you dont know the difference between a manager and a leader, you are probably a manager, transforming a manager to become a leader is a long and careful process, the skills in managing finance and inventory are different to the skills needed to lead people, either as individuals or teams, the skills required in leadership are often confused with the cognitive knowledge side of a job, training in leadership requires a totally different approach than training in, say, supply chain management. Before any training takes place, one basic question needs to be enquired and answered, the question is, what does it take to do this job at the highest potential level, it is well defined that most jobs in the business world command a degree of emotional competence with a high level of interpersonal influence, time and again, it has been found that the successful people in business are not invariably the ones with the greatest brain but the ones with the greater emotional competence, the basics of emotional intelligence include self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills, these are the principal dimensions that support the development of emotional competence. Once again, before any training takes place each individual should be measured, this appraisal should come from multiple perspectives, this will produce a picture of the individual, giving feedback on the assessments has to be done by people with empathy, self awareness and sensitivity, if the faulty people give the feedback the result will be disastrous, the feedback must be balanced because focusing on failings or weak points and not noting the strong points is demoralizing, putting people on training courses is a waste of time if those training leaders are not prompted to learn, generally talking, only about twenty percent of the group are quick to put in the work necessary to modify workplace behavior.
I took up welding and in a way, I am already starting to like my course and I am even excelling in my class, and I would do my best so that I could finish my studies on time. It is very important for construction sites to have welders because welding has to do with joining materials like metals and it is a good thing because it is still a way of helping people. I still do not know some things about welding that is why I bought a welding guidebook because I know that it would be very helpful to me in guiding me with my work especially now that I am having my on-the-job training. With the help of the guidebook, I have been guided on what are the techniques and practices of doing the job right without being so dependent on what your teacher teaches you. The guidebook also tells you the step-by-step procedure of doing a 100 percent good welds every time which means that you are really doing a high quality of work being done. Through welding, I am able to help other people that is why even though I was not able to become a doctor, I am still happy and contented. After all the difficulties that I have been through, I can really say that choosing this work is one of the things I would always be thankful of because it helped me and my family to have some food to eat. Welding is never an easy thing to do because you are putting your life in the line that is why we should always follow and read the guidebook to keep us away from any harm.
I’m glad that the new hand dryers were already installed as what the management promised us a few weeks back and I find them easier to use than paper towels. Most employees suggested to use hand dryers instead of paper towels in the office which the latest employee satisfaction survey results showed that’s why the management decided to purchase and install them I actually think that using hand dryers are a lot better because they are safer for the environment and reduce litter and waste which is the case with usually is the result when paper towels are used. One major benefit that electric hand dryers can give is the fact that many trees will be saved by not making and manufacturing paper towels or by minimizing the use of paper towels. The quick and easy drying of the hands is what hand dryers do which makes it hygienic and efficient in reducing the risk of microorganism that thrives on wet hands and skin folds. Whenever I go inside the washroom, I often see an office maintenance cleaning out the dryers filter machine because the filter usually gets dirty if not cleaned regularly. If not because of the employees’ suggestion, the management will probably never consider purchasing and installing dryers in the office. Because of our suggestions on the recent employee satisfaction survey, not only hand dryers were installed, the management also checked out every facility in the office and made sure that they all work properly and some broken equipments were repaired and replaced.
